Requirements: Strong experience in croissants, viennoiserie, and laminated dough Ability to produce consistent shape, layers, and high-quality finish Experience working in professional bakery environments Attention to detail in dough preparation, shaping, and baking Ability to work on a part-time / hourly basis Role: Prepare selected bakery items at the shop Maintain product quality and consistency Work alongside the existing pastry chef Immediate hiring.
