Job Title: Receptionist
Job Description: - To work as both Front Desk Receptionist and General Duties Services for Office Cleanliness (Receptionist/Cleaner). - Managing the front desk, receiving visitors, answer their questions and direct them to the appropriate person or department. - Answering and directing phone calls and handling basic administrative tasks. - Manage visitor logs, issue security passes, and maintain security at the front desk Qualifications • High school diploma/high school certificate/diploma in front office management/diploma in general office duties/equivalent • Proven experience (1-2 yeas) in front office, diplomatic service, hospitality, or customer service roles, preferably in an embassy or international organization • Excellent and Fluent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken: knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage • Basic knowledge of diplomatic etiquette and protocol • Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office management systems • Clean background of environment record and security clearance key skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diplomats, government officials, and visitors • High level of discretion, confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive or official information • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage inquiries, appointments and visitors efficiently • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining courtesy, accuracy and professionalism • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in handling front desk duties, documentation, and general duties simultaneously • Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment in handling unexpected situations.
