Summary of the job Call center supervisor is responsible for creating, managing, and developing an internal call center team, with a focus on improving sales, order accuracy, customer experience, and team performance. The role has a direct impact on revenue and is not just a support role. Tasks and responsibilities Leading the call center Building and managing an internal call center team (3–4 employees in the first phase). Organizing daily schedules, distributing tasks, and defining performance standards. Training the team and following up on individual and group performance. Enforcing discipline, commitment, and professionalism at work. Sales and conversion improvement Increasing the conversion rate of calls and conversations into actual orders. Ensuring that additional sales methods (Upsell / Cross-sell) are applied correctly. Reducing missed calls and incomplete conversations. Improving the average order value (AOV). Operational accuracy and customer service Ensuring that orders are recorded accurately and error-free. Coordination with operations, delivery, and production teams.
