Wanted secretarial in Kuwait only Administrative and organizational tasks • Receiving calls and correspondence (from players, clubs, sponsors). • Organizing appointments and meetings (with clubs, players, agents, or the media). • Following up on contracts and documents and keeping them in organized files. • Preparing official letters or correspondence in the name of the company. • Coordinating the travel of players or their attendance at camps/international matches. Proficient in working in the application and odoo website 2. Support in marketing and public relations • Coordinating with the media (newspapers, channels, social media) to schedule interviews or advertisements. • Following up on the company's content on Instagram/TikTok/YouTube (uploading posts, responding to basic inquiries). .Coordinating contracts - • Communicating with sponsors or commercial companies and organizing meetings with them. • Preparing presentations or introductory files about the players and the company. 3. Management of athletes' affairs • Receiving player requests (inquiries, problems, personal arrangements related to the club or travel). • Organizing player schedules (matches, training, media obligations). • Coordinating appointments between the player and the coach/club or the sponsoring party. • Following up on contract renewals or initial negotiations in coordination with the legal agent. 4. Financial and follow-up tasks • Reminding the management of the dates of contract entitlements or payments. • Preparing monthly reports on deals or activities. • Following up on invoices and dealing with accounting/financial management. 5.
