مطلوب موظف كول سنتر لمطعم اكلات كويتية
• Receiving customer phone requests • Dealing with customers in an elegant manner • Recording requests accurately and following up on them • Coordination with the kitchen and delivery team 🔹 Conditions: • Fluent/fluent in speech and good treatment • Proficiency in the Kuwaiti dialect (an additional feature) • Commitment to appointments and bearing the pressure of work • Previous experience in restaurants or the call center (preferred)
